What makes your dog training program different from others in San Antonio?
Our training is fully customized to your dog’s personality, behavior challenges, and your household dynamics. Unlike one-size-fits-all programs, we work with you in your home environment, where your dog naturally behaves, allowing for faster and more effective results. We use a balanced method of training.
Do you offer in-home dog training, and why is it beneficial?
Yes, we specialize in in-home dog training. Training in your dog’s everyday environment helps address real-life behaviors where they actually occur, making it easier for your dog to learn and for you to reinforce good habits consistently.
What types of behavior issues can you help with?
We work with a wide range of issues including jumping, leash pulling, excessive barking, house soiling, aggression, anxiety, and lack of obedience. Our programs are designed to improve overall behavior while strengthening your relationship with your dog.
At what age should I start training my dog?
We recommend starting as early as 10 weeks old to build good habits from the beginning. However, we successfully train dogs of all ages—it’s never too late to improve your dog’s behavior.
What is included in your board and train program?
Our board and train program includes a minimum four-week stay where your dog receives structured, daily training tailored to their needs. We also provide guidance and follow-up so you can maintain results at home. At pick up we take at least 2 hours to show you what the dog has learned, teach you how to give commands and how to be his leader.
How long does it take to see results from dog training?
Many clients notice improvements within the first session. However, lasting results depend on consistency and your involvement. We focus on equipping you with the skills needed for long-term success.
Will I be involved in the training process?
Absolutely. Owner involvement is essential. We teach you how to communicate effectively with your dog so you can confidently reinforce training and maintain results long after the program ends.
Do you use positive reinforcement or correction-based training?
We use a balanced approach based on canine psychology, combining clear communication, structure, positive reinforcement, and consistency. Our goal is to build trust while encouraging reliable, respectful behavior.
What areas do you serve for in-home dog training?
We provide in-home training within an hour of Bulverde, TX, including New Braunfels, Blanco, Spring Branch, Converse, and surrounding areas.
How do I know which training program is right for my dog?
We evaluate your dog’s behavior, age, and your goals to recommend the best program. Whether it’s in-home training or board and train, we ensure the approach fits your needs.
